Global IT consultancy
A new chapter since July 2026: bringing hospital-grade monitoring practice to enterprise clients across industries. Metrics, logging, alerting and the automation that keeps them honest.
2023 – 2026
IT operator of a hospital group
Built a centralized logging and monitoring platform for hospitals classed as critical infrastructure (KRITIS). Splunk as SIEM, migration from Icinga2 to CheckMK, automated reporting, anomaly detection together with security teams.
2020 – 2023
Large university hospital
When a cyberattack encrypted the hospital's systems, I took a key role in the recovery: 60 TB of data and Active Directory access for 12,000 staff restored, a hardened Veeam backup infrastructure designed from scratch, a temporary data-center container procured so the hospital could keep operating. Promoted to team lead: 8 engineers, full data-center rebuild.
2015 – 2020
Large university hospital
Designed and rolled out enterprise-wide Zabbix monitoring for three data centers and 12,000 users. Automated server patching and restarts with PowerShell and Python. Coordinated a team of three through 700+ IT and medical system integrations.
Built, shipped and operated end-to-end: product, backend, servers, deployment.
A service for a crew rafting down the Vistula. Started as trip booking, grew into the crew's operations center: personal balances, shared packing duty, a live map of the raft on the river and a Telegram bot that runs the group.
Booking and client management for therapists and coaches. Clients book their own sessions; the platform takes the admin routine out of a private practice.
Wishlists and group gifting. Add items from any store, friends chip in for expensive gifts together, reservations stay hidden from the wishlist owner.
Everything above, including this site, runs on infrastructure I operate myself: containerized services, automated deployments, HTTPS everywhere and monitoring, naturally. Practice what you preach.
